The $25,000 Performance Bond
Florida Seller of Travel registration includes a security requirement. Bowman Web Services LLC’s current registration was supported by a $25,000 performance bond.
Florida Statutes Section 559.929 describes the bond as being in favor of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services for the use and benefit of consumers injured by fraud, misrepresentation, breach of contract, financial failure, or other violations of Florida’s Sellers of Travel law.
