Ad Spend Works Differently at BWS
Most agencies take a cut of your ad spend and call it a “management fee.” I don’t.
On Plus, I manage one paid ad channel for you (Google or Meta) and cover up to $1,000/month of client-funded ad spend inside the monthly fee. You pay Google directly. I handle the campaign work.
On Max, I manage up to three paid ad channels and cover up to $5,000/month of client-funded ad spend. Same deal — you pay the platform directly, zero markup from me.
Above $5,000/month, we talk. Those scopes are custom.
This is different from the agency model where they hide a 15% commission in your invoice. Not how I do it.
The Honest Truth About Contract Terms
- Core is 12 months.
- Plus is 18 months.
- Max is 24 months.
- Rush is 12 months (after the 3-day sprint, it becomes Core).
Longer contracts on bigger packages because the bigger the package, the more I’m building for you on day one and the less sense it makes for you to walk after three months. That protects both of us — you get real results because I have time to produce them, and I’m not building you a $30K stack and watching you hire a cousin to “maintain it” in month four.
If something isn’t working, we talk and fix it. We don’t ghost each other.
