⚖️ Fighting Back
One man vs. the debt collection industry.
A pro-se consumer protection case against the debt collectors and credit bureaus who broke the law during a caregiver’s COVID-era financial collapse. They sold the debt four times deep, ignored 40+ certified letters, and left every mark on a credit report. Now we’re suing every one of them. Documented in real-time as it moves through the court system.

Client work pays the bills. Projects prove the principles.
Every BWS project teaches something — or proves something — that gets folded back into how I build for clients. AllegedFraud taught me content scale at 1,000+ pages. IWTTT taught me organic search at million-impression scale. SGV taught me 14-year content stewardship. RFKTR is teaching me long-form chronicle journalism. Fighting Back is teaching me consumer protection law from the inside.
