I fly to your business. Bring my laptop and the BWS operator stack. We spend 1 to 5 days together depending on the scope. When I leave, your system is running and your team knows how to use it.
You cover travel, lodging, and meals. There’s a daily professional rate on top, scoped per engagement on a call. Not complicated. Not fancy. Just somebody who knows the stack on the ground with you.
Three Scales
Onsite Essentials — 1 Day
The basics, on-site. I install Cowork on your machine, scaffold a BWS Hugo site for your business, set up the core automations (lead capture → CRM → phone alerts), and walk you through how to actually use it day to day.
You leave the day with a working site, working automations, and the muscle memory to keep it running.
Best for: single-owner businesses, solo operators, or anybody who’s tried remote onboarding three times and it never stuck.
Onsite Full Build — 2 to 3 Days
Everything in Essentials plus full brand setup (colors, fonts, logo integration), content stocking (real pages, real blog posts, real local SEO), AI voice agent deployment with a dedicated phone number, and a training session with your frontline staff so they know what the agent does and doesn’t handle.
By end of day three, the phone rings with the AI agent on it. Your receptionist knows the handoff. Your calendar is booking itself.
Best for: small teams, established local businesses ready to modernize the whole operation in one shot.
Onsite Immersion — Multi-Day, Custom Scope
Embedded engagement. Multi-location rollouts. Franchise setups. Departments that each need their own configuration. I stay on-site as long as it takes to get the whole organization wired.
Best for: multi-location brands, franchise groups, and businesses with real operational complexity that can’t be scoped in a two-hour phone call.

You cover: flights, lodging, transportation once I’m there, meals, and a professional daily rate scoped per engagement.
I cover: my time, my tools, my stack, my training materials, and every piece of software and infrastructure you’ll run on. When I leave, it’s all on accounts you own, so there’s nothing to cancel if we ever part ways.
