Google AdWords Setup & Management

Looking for a Google Adwords setup, monitoring, or management service?  I would be happy to overlook your previously set up Google Adwords or I can set up a new Google AdWords account.  I can also rehab or refresh an existing Google AdWords account.  All service work on Google AdWord accounts is at $60 per hour billed in 15-minute increments.  Your general cost for overwatch or general management is 8% and if you have larger accounts (over 20K) it can be a hair better (6%).  Most small businesses will have just a setup fee and monthly the cost is at a minimum of $50 for management.  These monthly fees and percentage charges are above your per-click costs of course.
